Depending on your location and the service used, we process data because it is necessary for contract performance, legal compliance, legitimate business interests, fraud prevention, customer support, service fulfilment, accounting, or because you gave consent for optional communications.
Qurban Africa operates across Malaysia and Africa. Your information may be shared with authorized staff, field partners, livestock suppliers, local coordinators, payment processors, hosting providers, email/WhatsApp communication providers, accountants, legal advisers and regulators where necessary.
Only the information required to fulfil the service is shared with field teams. For example, the nominated name and order details may be shared for the sacrifice, while payment card data remains with the payment gateway.
Enabled payment gateways such as Stripe, ToyyibPay, PayPal or bank transfer providers process payment data under their own security and privacy rules. We receive payment references, status and confirmation records but do not control third-party gateway decisions, downtime, authentication screens or bank approval processes.
