Animals are living beings. Images, weights, breeds, colours, horn shapes, feed estimates and descriptions are representative and may vary. We do not guarantee an exact animal appearance unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Local supply, weather, transport, animal health, government rules, disease controls, safety conditions or urgent field realities may require substitution with an equal or better service, change of supplier, or movement to a nearby suitable location. These decisions are made to preserve the religious purpose and beneficiary benefit.
Photos, videos, certificates and invoices are provided to support transparency and customer records. Proof may be delayed, limited, batch-based, or unavailable in rare cases because of rural internet, device failure, privacy, field safety, slaughterhouse restrictions or other operational issues.
