These terms govern participation in the Qurban Africa Student Impact Programme (QASIP) by a School/Organisation, its authorised staff and participating student groups.

1. Programme purpose

QASIP provides a connection between student-led learning and available humanitarian pathways. The School/Organisation remains responsible for its students, project activities, safeguarding, permissions, supervision, fundraising methods and educational assessment.

2. School/Organisation responsibility

The School/Organisation must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and that all student activities are lawful, ethical, safe, school-approved and appropriate for the age and circumstances of participants.

3. Qurban Africa role

Qurban Africa initiates and explains available humanitarian pathways. It does not teach, supervise, grade or manage the student project. After a humanitarian contribution is received, Qurban Africa may allocate and implement the contribution according to verified needs, feasibility and available implementation opportunities.

4. Programme and group limits

Each participating programme runs for the stated programme period. Up to five groups may be registered per programme per School/Organisation, subject to the current QASIP registration rules.

5. Contributions and implementation

Student-raised humanitarian contributions are separate from any QASIP registration fee. A stated project idea, target, location or beneficiary estimate does not guarantee an identical final implementation. Final implementation may vary according to funds received, verified need, cost, safety, feasibility and local availability.

6. Media and evidence

Project completion evidence may include photographs, videos, reports, invoices, receipts, certificates and other documents. Availability depends on the nature of the project, local conditions, consent and operational feasibility.

7. Account use

School/Organisation portal accounts must be used only by authorised representatives. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and notifying Qurban Africa of suspected unauthorised access.

8. Changes

Qurban Africa may update QASIP content, available pathways, operational processes or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected on the QASIP website.
