QASIP is an educational-to-humanitarian connection programme. The following limitations are important for every participating School/Organisation and student group.

1. No school supervision by Qurban Africa

Qurban Africa does not supervise students, teach project-based learning, approve school activities, manage student fundraising, assess academic work or grade participation. These responsibilities remain with the School/Organisation.

2. No guaranteed project outcome

Student project plans, fundraising targets and proposed humanitarian outcomes are intentions, not guarantees. The final humanitarian implementation may differ in location, scale, beneficiary number, method or timing.

3. Humanitarian implementation

Qurban Africa determines the final implementation pathway after considering the contribution received, verified needs, feasibility, safety, local costs and available opportunities.

4. Information and indicative costs

Descriptions, examples, timelines and indicative costs on QASIP pages are provided for planning and learning. They may change and should not be treated as a binding quotation unless specifically confirmed by Qurban Africa.

5. External and school activities

Qurban Africa is not responsible for independent activities organised by a School/Organisation, students, parents or third parties before the contribution is formally received by Qurban Africa.

6. Media availability

Photos, videos, invoices, documents or other completion evidence are provided where appropriate and available. Their exact form depends on the project and local operating conditions.
