This MYTQA Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use MYTQA planning, package, instalment, payment confirmation, dashboard and support features. It is separate from the main Qurban Africa public legal pages but may work together with Qurban Africa order fulfilment records.
We may collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, login details, selected plan, package, payment schedule, payment proof, transaction references, nominated names, service notes, dashboard activity, support messages, IP address, browser/device details and security logs.
We use MYTQA information to create and manage your account, process plan payments, verify manual payment proof, calculate remaining balances, send reminders, prepare related Qurbani/service records, issue confirmations, provide customer support, prevent fraud and maintain accounting/audit records.
We do not store full card numbers. Online card/bank details are handled by the enabled payment gateway. We store gateway references, payment status, receipt information and manual proof records needed to manage your plan and future service.
When a MYTQA plan becomes ready for fulfilment, relevant order and nominated-name information may be shared with authorized Qurban Africa operational staff or field partners. We share only what is needed to complete the service.
We may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS or dashboard messages about account setup, payment reminders, confirmation, plan completion, service scheduling, proof, certificates, invoices or support. You can request to stop optional marketing messages, but service messages may still be required.
MYTQA uses cookies and sessions for login, cart/plan continuity, language preferences, fraud prevention and account security. Disabling cookies may stop the dashboard or payment flow from working properly.
We retain MYTQA records as long as necessary for plan management, customer support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal compliance. Financial and order records may need to be retained even if you request account deletion.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or review of your personal data. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required for legal, accounting, security or dispute reasons.
We use reasonable safeguards such as SSL, secure sessions, restricted admin access and payment verification controls. We may preserve suspicious records and share them with payment providers, banks, hosting providers or legal advisers where needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
