MYTQA is a planning and payment-support feature connected to Qurban Africa. It is intended to help customers plan, reserve, or contribute toward a future Qurbani-related service according to the options enabled on the website. MYTQA is operated separately from the general Qurban Africa public pages and should not be confused with any unrelated savings, banking, investment or deposit product.
MYTQA is not a bank account, e-wallet, investment scheme, profit-sharing plan, insurance product, trust account or regulated deposit product. No profit, interest, dividend, investment return or capital appreciation is promised. Amounts paid are applied toward the selected MYTQA plan/order according to the plan rules shown at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for selecting the correct package, number of months/plan, service intention, customer details, nominated name and payment method. You must keep your login details secure and contact us immediately if your email, WhatsApp number or plan details are incorrect.
MYTQA plans may allow customers to pay over a defined period or according to an enabled package schedule. A plan is not considered complete until all required payments are received and verified. Final service execution depends on plan completion, product availability, timing, Eid schedule where relevant, and operational readiness.
Online payments are confirmed according to the enabled payment gateway. Manual transfer payments are confirmed only after our team verifies the payment proof and bank receipt. Pending, failed, abandoned or disputed payments may delay or prevent plan completion.
Livestock prices, availability, countries, packages and service options may change due to market conditions, field supply, logistics, currency movement or seasonal demand. Where a selected MYTQA package can no longer be fulfilled exactly, we may offer an equivalent or better suitable alternative, reschedule, credit or other fair option.
MYTQA helps organize payment and planning. The actual Qurbani or related sacrifice is fulfilled through the applicable Qurban Africa operational process once eligibility, payment completion and service timing are satisfied. Proof, certificates and invoices are issued according to the related order status and operational proof process.
Refunds or plan changes depend on the payment status, plan progress, service allocation and operational timing. Approved refunds may exclude third-party gateway, bank, transfer and currency conversion fees. Once funds are allocated to livestock or the related service has been executed, refund options may be limited or unavailable.
By using MYTQA, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, dashboard message or other provided contact channels about payment reminders, confirmation, plan status, service readiness, proof, certificates, invoices and support matters.
MYTQA content is for general planning and service information only. It is not a fatwa. Please consult your local Imam, Sheikh, Mufti, qualified scholar or trusted Ulema if you need a personal ruling about Qurbani obligation, timing, eligibility or intention.
You must not use MYTQA to submit fake payment proof, create duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, misuse Qurban Africa or MYTQA branding, perform fraud, or attempt unauthorized access to customer/admin systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAKT Impex Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by payment provider issues, incorrect customer information, delayed verification, livestock supply changes, force majeure, website downtime or customer failure to complete a plan on time.
